This is for an annual PTA membership for the 2026-2027 school year at Franklin Elementary. The cost is $7, and it goes directly toward paying for our membership and insurance dues with the National PTA. If an e-mail is added, we will use it to contact you with updates about the PTA. At the bottom of the order, please list the names of all individuals who will be members, based on how many memberships you buy.
